TAALABYA KRIYA
Taalabya Kriya is a great enhancer and facilitator of Khechari Mudra. The Mahamudra is the greatest Mudra for multipurpose simultaneous benefits. Its beneficial role is necessary in all stages of life i.e. Material and spiritual. However the benefits and role of Khecheri Mudra is more subtle and vital in attaining deep meditation and Samadhi, leading to self realization. Te king of yog practice is Mahamudra, the crown prince of yog practice is Khecheri Mudra. The kriya Yog method of Khecheri Mudrais more scientific, painless and gradual method of attaining Samadhi.
It is coordinated practice of physiological and scientific techniques for simultaneous benefit and progress. So it has no complications and undesirable after effects. Talabya kriya is a great, gradual facilitation and enhancer of Khechri mudra.

1. It wards of or banishes negatives and evil vibrations and energies. The person who practices it is protected against harmful and negative energies and thoughts. No mantra or prayers are needed.
2. It makes the tongue more flexible and relaxed there by facilitating progress in Khechri Mudra. By the same process it removes defective speech, including singing.
3. It improves blood circulation and oxygenation in the head, neck, mouth,larynx, pharynx, eyes, ears and the brain. It is a gentle, but subtle method and has no complications. How to Learn:- It has to be learned personally and directly from akriya Yog teacher (Guru or Yogacharya) who knows it and practices it.
